Outlook from the DIASCA workshop with stakeholders in the coffee sector in Honduras: Promoting sustainability in the coffee value chain through traceability systems

As part of the CGIAR Transforming Food Markets Initiative, on March 19, 2024, at the Clarion Hotel in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, the Bioversity Alliance and CIAT organized a workshop focused on the interoperability of traceability systems and their importance for complying with the European Union Regulation on Deforestation-Free Products (EUDR). This workshop, organized by the Alliance team and titled “Common Interests and Joint Solutions for EUDR Compliance: A Roadmap Toward Traceability System Interoperability,” brought together 33 key actors from various institutions involved in the coffee sector and agricultural supply chain in Honduras.
