Guidelines for the Inclusion of Youth in the Formulation of Territorial Development Plans

This document provides a detailed guide for the comprehensive inclusion of youth in the formulation of Territorial Development Plans (PDT) in Colombia. It covers seven priority topics ranging from decent work and productive inclusion to training and civic participation, including education, integral health, environmental management, justice and peace, and sports and recreation. It includes situational diagnosis, regulatory framework, strategies, indicators, and funding sources, all aimed at promoting sustainable and equitable youth development in local territories.
