Description

The National Plan for Rural Youth and Succession in Brazil is an inter-ministerial initiative aimed at sustainable development and improving quality of life for youth aged 15 to 29 in rural areas, waters, and forests, as well as family farmers, indigenous peoples, and traditional communities. Developed through workshops and collaboration among 14 ministries, civil society, and youth, the plan focuses on six strategic axes: land access, productive inclusion, rural education, health, connectivity, and environmental protection. It aims to ensure rural youth permanence with access to rights, services, and political participation, following the 2024-2027 Multiannual Plan.
