Government Promotes Training for Rural Women and Young Vendors in Caaguazú

The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG) of Paraguay, in coordination with the Paraguayan Institute of Agricultural Technology (IPTA) and the National Development Bank (BNF), organized a training day for women-led organizations and young vendors in the department of Caaguazú. The initiative included a course on improved technological processes to add value to agri-food products and training on banking and digital financial services. A total of 160 people participated, most of them women, reinforcing social inclusion, access to technological tools, and capacity building in the rural sector.
