The School for Women Leaders, promoted by INDAP with the support of the Ministry of Women and Gender Equality, is an initiative aimed at young rural women between the ages of 18 and 40, with the goal of strengthening their leadership, empowerment, and social participation. Through training sessions, the program seeks to provide them with tools that will enable them to influence their communities, preserve rural life, and face the challenges of generational change. This initiative is part of a national strategy that includes 18 schools across the country, reaffirming the commitment to the comprehensive development of young rural women.
