Brazil begins the AgroNordeste Digital Project

Supply (MAPA), through the Secretariat for Innovation, Sustainable Development and Irrigation (SDI), initiated the AgroNordeste Digital Project, which focuses on promoting technological entrepreneurship in the northeastern region of Brazil, as well as bringing connectivity and supporting startups to develop new technological businesses for the agricultural sector. Among the actions planned for the year 2022 are the rapid diagnosis to characterize the regional ecosystem, the alignment with actors in the local ecosystem, the preparation of an Action Plan together with local actors, and the definition of priority actions.
