In its 75th edition, which corresponds to 2023, the Economic Survey of Latin America and the Caribbean consists of three parts. The first summarizes the performance of the regional economy in 2022 and analyzes its evolution in the first months of 2023, as well as the growth prospects for that year and for 2024. The second part of the report analyzes the macroeconomic consequences of climate change on the economies of Latin America and the Caribbean and the possible financial mechanisms to facilitate the investments needed to have resilient economies and promote dynamic, sustained and sustainable growth. The third part of the report, which is available on the website of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) (www.cepal.org), corresponds to the notes on the economic performance of the countries of the region in 2022 and the first half of 2023, as well as the respective statistical annexes.
