The document proposes a methodology for the tourism valorization of products with territorial identity (PIT), which starts from the identification of agricultural, agro-industrial, gastronomic and artisanal products, in a given territory, that have the potential to diversify the economic activity of rural families and producers and generate opportunities for women and young people within the framework of initiatives to link these products to the tourism offer that is structured around other historical, cultural and natural attractions.
