Characterization of the dairy production chain in El Salvador (ES)

This study, "Characterization of the Dairy Productive Chain in El Salvador," represents an important input for the execution of the Family Farming Plan in its Productive Chains component, which is being jointly implemented by the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture with the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, especially due to the participation of the different direct actors involved in the links, who have contributed with their input in the competitiveness workshops, held to better understand the gaps and conditions that limit the performance and competitiveness of the dairy subsector in the country.
