Description
Internationally approved, standardized food safety regulations and guidelines have been compiled to support the El Jobo Dairy Processing Plant. This plant is considered an industrial facility; however, when compared to these standards, the need for modernization in certain aspects of the milk production process is clearly evident, especially regarding the facilities, as well as the training and instruction of personnel in Good Manufacturing Practices. These shortcomings could, at some point, become deficiencies that limit the plant's full productive and economic potential.
In this sense, this manual specifically compiles regulations and methodologies focused on standardized operating processes, technical improvement of personnel, and maximum utilization of facilities, all adapted to the plant's actual needs and capabilities, so that they can be implemented in the not-too-distant future.
