Description

This academic paper proposes an alternative approach to economic development focused on enhancing the conditions for individual and collective learning, moving away from traditional dirigisme. The authors argue that this approach allows overcoming economic blockages through local experimentation and inter-local exchange, simultaneously relaxing supply and demand constraints. Examples are presented of how this approach can transform industrial innovation, financial institutions and democratic participation, promoting more inclusive development that is adaptable to diverse cultural contexts.
