Study of experiences of rural associativity in Peru: Case Study

Two associative models, cooperative and producer associations, are examined in order to collect the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, success factors and lessons learned that result from the analysis of the structure, management model, value chain, alliances, socio-business strategies, of four rural agribusiness organizations, whose experience has attracted attention and has been monitored by different national and international institutions that promote rural development, as a reference for associative success.
