It addresses the objectives of the EUDR, such as reducing deforestation and associated carbon emissions, as well as ensuring that key products (such as coffee, cocoa and oil palm) meet sustainability criteria. In addition, it highlights specific opportunities for Colombia, such as its potential to expand deforestation-free cultivation and its leadership in key commodities.
