EUDR Scoping Tool V2.0

The EUDR Scoping Tool, developed by PreferredByNature, helps companies determine whether the EU Deforestation Regulation applies to them. Through a self-assessment, companies can determine their obligations under the Regulation, their role and the next steps to ensure compliance. It may need to be completed several times for different business units. The current version does not include updates to version 3 of the RDE FAQ and the guidance document published by the EU Commission on 02.10.24 and is still subject to update.
