This study examines the EUDR policy in relation to Indonesian palm oil exports Indonesia, as the largest producer and consumer of palm oil globally, heavily relies on its exports for foreign exchange The EUDR policy asserts that Indonesian palm oil causes environmental damage and deforestation, focusing on reducing deforestation without considering economic impacts This poses a challenge for Indonesia and its exports to the EU The research is qualitative and utilizes secondary data The results will assess the sustainability and impact of the EUDR policy on Indonesian palm oil exports, and further large-scale studies are recommended.
