Description
The European Commission has proposed strategies that would impose restrictions on EU agriculture through targeted land-use reductions, antimicrobials, fertilizers and pesticides. The report contains a series of policy simulations to examine the economic implications of several of the proposed targets, finding reduced global agricultural production, higher prices, less trade and more global food insecurity.
