Description

The article reports that the delay in rains will extend the food shortage season in El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Although an improvement is expected with the Primera harvest in September, high temperatures and delayed planting present challenges. Prices of staple foods, such as red beans, remain high, affecting vulnerable households.
