This presentation was made within the framework of the Official Visit of His Excellency Dr. Didacus Jules, Director General of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Blue and Green Economy of Dominica , the Honorable Roland Royer who were received by Dr. Manuel Otero, General Director of the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) and Dr. Luis Pocasangre Enamorado, General Director of the Tropical Agricultural Research and Teaching Center (CATIE).
