The Regional Environmental Monitoring Data Portal (REMDAP) operates as a hub for decision-making, improving the effectiveness of environmental monitoring and assessment throughout the Caribbean. REMDAP aims to provide decision makers, NGOs, academic institutions and the private sector with a constant supply of reliable data. Provides a variety of useful metrics, indicators and variables, complete with details on models and methods for their calculation, to track environmental status. Additionally, REMDAP includes multi-scale tools and indicators designed to monitor progress toward goals established in multilateral environmental agreements, while boosting regional capacity to manage spatial data and information related to environmental indicators.
