Description

The Ministry of Agriculture of Colombia and the General Administration of Customs of China have consolidated their commercial relations by expanding exports of agricultural and livestock products such as Tahiti lemon, pork and shrimp. This advance translates into the opening of markets and the establishment of commitments for the shipment of these foods from Colombia to China. As part of this process, the construction of two beef export plants was approved, highlighting the Colombian government's interest in the meat exported being from sustainable livestock, complying with guarantees of zero deforestation and commitments to climate actions.
