The Emissions Gap Report 2023 highlights that, despite record temperatures and rising climate impacts, greenhouse gas emissions continue at alarming levels. It warns that unless countries exceed their current commitments, the world is headed for a temperature rise well above the Paris Agreement targets. This 14th edition brings together leading climate scientists and proposes solutions to address the challenge of global warming.
