Atlas of liquid biofuels 2021-2022

The report offers a detailed perspective through statistical data on key variables, such as consumption, production, foreign trade and the use of raw materials, in addition to examining the current state of public policies related to liquid biofuel mandates. According to the study's findings, in 2021, the production and consumption of liquid biofuels experienced an increase of 4% and 3% respectively, compared to the previous year, reversing the decline observed during the pandemic. This rebound marks a notable upward trend, with increases of 568% and 680% in production and consumption, respectively, over the past two decades.
