According to the study's findings, in 2021, the production and consumption of liquid biofuels experienced an increase of 4% and 3% respectively, compared to the previous year, reversing the decline observed during the pandemic. This rebound marks a notable upward trend, with increases of 568% and 680% in production and consumption, respectively, over the past two decades.
