Description

This report describes the global estimation of N2O and NO emissions as well as volatilization losses of NH3 from manure and fertilizer application to crops for food production. Their quantification is important to assess the efficiency of nitrogen fertilizers and their impact on air pollution, ecosystem acidification and eutrophication.
