Second United Nations High-Level Conference on South South Cooperation

The final document of the Second United Nations High-Level Conference on South-South Cooperation, approved on March 22, 2019 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, consists of a political declaration in which the commitment of the participating countries to South-South cooperation as a fundamental mechanism for sustainable development. Recognizes the important role that South-South cooperation has played in the transfer of knowledge and technologies, strengthening capacities and promoting the exchange of experiences between developing countries.
