Strengthening collective action in agrifood trade to boost the region’s role in economic development, food security and global sustainability

This document is intended as a contribution to the analysis and definition of possible collective actions that could be taken by the countries of the hemisphere, with the collaboration of various international organisations, to position themselves and act in a coordinated manner at the global level. The correct assessment and evaluation of these issues would make it possible to identify certain collective interests related to multilateral food trade and to act jointly in defence of these interests.
