Description
This report is a product of the work of the Latin American Dairy Chain Observatory and
the Caribbean, which is carried out by the Pan American Dairy Federation (FEPALE), and is a
continuation of the Report corresponding to the year 2011 that was published jointly with the
FAO Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean (FAO-FEPALE, 2012) and the Reports of
the years 2012, 2013 and 2014, carried out independently by FEPALE (FEPALE, 2013;
FEPALE, 2014; FEPALE, 2015).
