Public Policies and Food Systems in Latin America

It presents the historical and recent trajectories of food systems policies, their current limitations, and offers an overview of innovative perspectives. It contributes to the scientific community, as well as to public decision-makers and social movements, in thinking about and promoting policies for sustainable food systems. It also suggests avenues and offers perspectives for addressing a major challenge for building our future: the intersection of local initiatives, territorial and national public policies, and international frameworks for action.
