Description

For the microbiological and molecular characterization, culturable microorganisms from 4 commercial bioinputs from western and northern Nicaragua were isolated and identified. This involved morphological typing through: Gram staining for bacteria and spore observation for filamentous fungi. DNA extraction and sequencing was performed to obtain the phylogenetic trees. Great microbial diversity and the presence of pathogens were found in bioinputs that are harmful to the plant and humans.
