The Colombian Agricultural Institute - ICA exercises technical and scientific control over the registration, production, importation, marketing and use of fertilizers, soil conditioners and agricultural bioinputs. It keeps updated and available the technical information for the registration of agricultural bioinputs and the companies that produce them, as well as following up on safety and efficacy tests.
