Online Tool on Climate Risk and Adaptation in the Caribbean

This is a digital platform provided by the Caribbean Community Climate Change Center to assess the level of climate change risks that may be faced by national activities in Caribbean territories. The tool promotes a regional approach to risk management and risk management and supports a climate compatible development model. CCORAL was developed in collaboration with the Climate and Development Knowledge Network (CDKN) for use by the public and private sectors and academia. The Caribbean Community Climate Change Center, recognizing the vulnerability of these countries to climate change and their shortcomings in integrating resilience strategies into development planning, designed CCORAL in 2013, using a face-to-face modality to teach how to use the tool, which was later converted to an online program at IICA.
