Description
Open Forum of Sciences of Latin America and the Caribbean is a regional space for debate and exchange. Itinerantly in different cities of the region, every two years the face-to-face meeting of the Forum is held for 3 days. The CILAC Forum is "the hub" of science in Latin America and the Caribbean, constituting a regional platform to discuss how to strengthen and implement effective science, technology and innovation (STI) policies in line with the Sustainable Development Goals of the Agenda 2030.
CILAC represents a permanent movement for dialogue and cooperation between actors, the exchange of experiences, the definition of strategies and the monitoring of actions at the regional level in the field of science, technology and innovation.
