Public aimed at improving the availability, access and use of quality potato, starchy maize, grain legume and cereal seeds for agricultural producers, through experimental centers and fields, seed research and production infrastructure, and producer training. It started in Junín, Ayacucho, Cusco and Puno, with execution later expanded to Lambayeque, Cajamarca, Apurímac and Arequipa.
