Design and implement a program to support productive initiatives and connection with markets in the area of influence of the Due Hydroelectric Power Plant of Hidroalto Cia. Ltda.

Hidroalto, within the framework of current regulations and in close dialogue and coordination with the GAD Parroquial de Gonzalo Pizarro, seeks to activate the economy of rural communities in the area of direct influence of the CHRD, through the promotion of productive initiatives of small farmers and local entrepreneurs. These productive initiatives are based on the following principles: a) not altering the region's fragile ecosystems, b) incorporating forms or modalities of sustainable production as a differentiating element, c) close articulation with markets to guarantee supply in terms of differentiation by quality and continuity required, and d) close articulation with the provisions of the PDT. The above elements indicate the need to progressively design and implement a program of rural-based initiatives or enterprises that can meet the demands of the different market opportunities identified.
