Description
The program offers a Rural Capitalization Incentive (ICR) to renew coffee plantations. It aims to renew about 7,800 hectares and benefit around 17,500 small coffee growers, with an incentive of up to 40 % of the investment for low-income small producers and 30 % for other small producers.
