Description
The project seeks to contribute to the generation of sustainable agribusinesses through a strategy based on methodological guides to assess business performance along four axes: environmental sustainability, social sustainability, competitiveness through quality attributes, and productive and commercial integration. It is developed through the preparation and pilot application of the guides in agro-industrial companies, the design of strategic action plans and the definition of a toolbox of services and incentives.
