Promote agricultural production through technified plot irrigation systems and local capacity development for small and medium-scale producers nationwide. Additionally, provide technified plot irrigation systems for small and medium-scale producers. Strengthen the capacities of small and medium-scale agricultural producers in social, environmental, and productive water management. Manage the technical and administrative aspects of investment execution and monitoring.
