Promotion of Food Security and Nutrition for Vulnerable Groups in Ecuador, Including Colombian Refugees (KOICA-WFP)

Multilateral project funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and implemented by the World Food Programme (WFP), aimed at contributing to the fight against malnutrition and to the development of agriculture and livestock in Ecuador. It provides technical assistance to smallholder farmers to develop sustainable livelihoods based on ecological farming practices and to facilitate their access to markets, including nutrition-sensitive school feeding programmes, and conducts participatory nutrition education sessions for vulnerable girls and boys.
