Capacity Building and Technological Innovation for Harvesting, Post-Harvest Processing, Value Addition, and Market Linkages for Cocoa and Coffee in Junín, Cusco, and Ayacucho

The project strengthened the cocoa and coffee supply chains in 17 districts of the VRAEM through innovations in harvesting and post-harvest processing, productive infrastructure, value-added activities, organizational strengthening, and market linkages. It served 2,144 producers organized into 68 organizations and included post-harvest training modules, demonstration plots, and quality control laboratories.
