Qali Warma National School Feeding Program

The project is part of the National School Feeding Program 0115. This program addresses the problems related to children who attend public educational institutions at the early childhood and primary level and have an inadequate food intake that limits their learning conditions. The target population of the program includes children at the early education level, from 3 years of age, and at the primary education level who attend public educational institutions in Peru. It is expected that children in the early education level (from 3 to 5 years old) and primary education level attending public IIEE improve their food intake, facilitating their conditions for learning. The activities of this program include 1. Conformation and technical assistance to co-management committees for the provision of food service. 2. Provision of food service through product management. 3. Provision of food service through ration management. 4. Supervision and monitoring of food service provision. The project is managed and executed by the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion, in the national and local government.
