International Bioeconomy 2020 Program BMBF-MINCIENCIAS

To provide funding for research, development and innovation (R&D&I) projects that will be selected through a competitive process and that contribute significantly to the development of the bioeconomy at a global level. Joint funding initiative between the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research - BMBF and Minciencias to support the development of the Bioeconomy in Colombia, promote economic development with criteria of sustainability and added value through the application of science, technology and innovation, as well as to join efforts to comply with the commitments established in the Conpes 3934 of Green Growth, associated with the development of bioproducts based on the country's biodiversity.
