El objetivo principal es incrementar la producción y la productividad agrícola y pecuaria en el Sistema de Riego Molienda, beneficiando en forma directa a 120 familias que corresponden al sector de riego Molienda, permitiendo mejorar el nivel de vida de los pobladores de estas comunidades alto andinas.
