Natural resource management in Chimborazo

The objective of the project was to conserve and sustainably manage the paramos of Chimborazo and the biodiversity of mountain ecosystems and to improve local livelihoods through the strengthening of a political, legal and institutional framework and local knowledge, capacities and incentives for participation in the planning and sustainable management of natural resources.
