ESP: Construction of the educational administration building of the Escuela Nacional Central De Agricultura (ENCA) - GUATEMALA

The project will consist of the construction of an administrative office complex with three levels, this building will serve to centralize the coordination of student life, academic and production of ENCA-, this with the purpose of having suitable facilities that allow the proper performance of academic work, as well as promote continuous academic improvement and optimally manage the services provided to students residing within the institution. The project will have a construction area of 1,879.29 m². It is also intended to provide personnel with adequate facilities that promote an optimal work environment for the development of administrative activities. The project initially contemplates the construction phase, which will include the main activities of construction design (topographic survey, preparation of plans, calculation reports), preliminary works, earthwork, foundations and columns, wall erection, roofing, finishes, and installation of drainage and potable water. It will have a parking area for the entrance and exit of personnel cars that will carry out their activities inside the administrative building, an auditorium for holding events or presentations on cultural, educational, political, social or scientific topics, emergency stairways, offices and cubicles for administrative personnel containment, restrooms, special rooms, and a parking area for the staff.
