Implementation of the Social Organization of Rural Property at the National Level

Public investment project to strengthen the social organization of rural property. It covers the collection and validation of physical, legal, community and cadastral information on rural properties and land-rights subjects; preparation of rural-property social organization plans; formalization of private rural property; allocation of public lands and government-owned properties; acquisition and delivery of land; administration and inventory of national lands; completion of special agricultural administrative proceedings; and support for sustainable development plans. The intervention seeks to provide legal certainty, facilitate access to land and improve rural-property administration.
