The project aims to increase the coverage and quality of the provision of the public land improvement service, seeking to enhance efficiency in the management, operation, and maintenance of land improvement districts, as well as to improve the monitoring and support models in the delivery of the public land improvement service.

The total cost of the project in U.S. dollars is USD $76,161,005, using an exchange rate (TRM) of 3,277.14 Colombian pesos per dollar. The total cost of the project in Colombian pesos is $249,590,275,450 COP.
