Technical capacity strengthening processes for internal and external users linked to food safety, AGROCALIDAD, Ecuador

Technical cooperation project that delivers refresher and certification courses for technicians and veterinarians authorized as sanitary inspectors in slaughterhouses, especially poultry slaughterhouses, and strengthens the technical capacities of the food safety directorate of Ecuador's national agricultural authority, including course planning, logistics, the identification of national and international experts and community awareness-raising on food safety.
