Description
Technical cooperation project between AGROCALIDAD and IICA to plan, coordinate and deliver certification and refresher courses for official or authorized veterinarians working as sanitary inspectors in Ecuadorian slaughterhouses. The intervention strengthens the technical capacities of AGROCALIDAD's Food Safety Directorate to monitor and enforce sanitary provisions governing ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection of livestock intended for human consumption.
