Observations

IDB operation CO-G1011 under Non-Reimbursable Investment Financing Agreement GRT/CM-17262-CO. The agreement was signed on 8 May 2019 and financed through the Sustainable Colombia Facility. Total estimated project costs were USD 3,516,000, consisting of USD 2,216,000 financed by the Sustainable Colombia Facility and USD 1,300,000 in local counterpart contributions from beneficiaries, subnational governments, private-sector entities and other sources. The intervention focused on PDET municipalities in Caqueta, Putumayo and Narino. Seven sustainable productive projects were financed in six value chains: cacay, acai, oil palm, fish farming, specialty coffee and peach palm. The intervention reached 748 small-producer families, including rural, indigenous and Afro-Colombian populations, women, youth, conflict victims and people undergoing reintegration. Colombia Sostenible reported completion of the technical cooperation on 23 May 2023 after four years of implementation.
