Description
The general objective of the program is to increase agricultural productivity and income for beneficiary smallholder farmers. The specific objectives are to improve: (i) animal and plant health services; (ii) food safety services; and (iii) the implementation of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in the agricultural sector to increase local and export market linkages.
